Cooling-off period
Students may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided they have attended no more than 2 live sessions and accessed no more than 2 recorded modules.
After the cooling-off period
Refund requests made after 7 days are evaluated case by case and may be subject to a deduction for modules already accessed and administrative costs.
Batch transfers
Live Cohort students who cannot continue a batch may request a one-time transfer to a future batch within 6 months, subject to seat availability, instead of a refund.
