How placement assistance actually works at BIIM

We are careful with the word “placement”. No honest institute can promise you a job — hiring decisions belong to employers. What an institute can do is make you genuinely hireable and put you in front of the right people. That is what our four-step process is designed to do, and it starts long before your last class.

Step 1 — Resume building

Most fresher resumes list courses. Ours list results. In one-on-one sessions we help you turn each live project into a short, specific line: what you did, which tool you used, and what changed. “Ran a Google Search campaign for a local retailer and reduced cost per lead over two weeks” tells a hiring manager far more than “Completed Google Ads module”.

Step 2 — Portfolio review

Your portfolio is a short collection of case studies from your live projects and capstone. We review the structure — problem, approach, result, what you learned — so that any recruiter can understand your work in two minutes.

Step 3 — Mock interviews

You practise with trainers and industry panels on both technical rounds (“How would you fix a campaign with a low Quality Score?”) and HR rounds (“Why digital marketing?”). Many students tell us the real interview felt familiar because of this step.

Step 4 — Hiring-partner introductions

Students who complete their assignments and live projects are introduced to agencies and companies in our hiring-partner network, with referrals where there is a good fit.

What employers look for in a fresher digital marketer

  • Proof of real work — a campaign, an audit or a content project on a real business.
  • Comfort with data — reading GA4 and Search Console reports, not just creating posts.
  • Clear communication — explaining what you did and why in plain language.
  • Curiosity about AI — knowing how to use AI tools responsibly to work faster.

Every part of the BIIM course is built to give you these four things. Read student case studies or book a free career consultation.
